I love that my art instructors in college stressed the word "process" over and over again because looking for "perfect" killed the impulse to even start working on a project. Getting that expectation out of the way is truly liberating to creativity and curiosity. Being given permission by ourselves to "fail" actually allows us to succeed and do things we didn't think we were capable of doing. I think this video did a fantastic job of encapsulating it.
