Dude I used to do “fasted workouts” because I thought it felt better and recently realized I just wasn’t timing my eating right. I just started eating epic protein oatmeal bowls before my workouts and my energy is through the roof. It’s SO gratifying.

I actually prefer to workout on an empty stomach..however there is a difference between just having an empty stomach and being hungry..what I mean is I workout first thing in the morning and don't wake up really hungry..but if you need fuel please don't deprive yourself of it and always drink water ❤

Eat something, of course . Not a lot, but it is Fuel . 🙂 . A little hydration along the path is good , though again , not a lot . Nooo Taco Bell !!! 😅
