Just a quick reminder: this video was created simply to help you out with your photography and make shooting easier and more enjoyable. By no means am I saying that you need any of these tools to create beautiful shots. They are just helpers. I know when I started my food photography journey, I felt overwhelmed by all the tools other photographers were suggesting and if you are feeling like that right now, please don’t. When you are ready to upgrade or add a few useful things to your shooting kit, do it, but really no need to feel like you need each and every tool I mentioned. If you have any questions share them below or you can also directly DM me on Instagram @muriellebanackissa 😉

Love your content and you are a big reason why I just bought a Canon 80d! Would you ever consider making a video on the basic features of the camera? Did you start out shooting in manual mode?

@@muriellebanackissa A manfrotto is always my go to recommend. They're always so reliable but can get a bit pricey. I recently got a Neewer one with an overhead arm to help with flatlays, they're a good option if you cant afford a manfrotto but they're still good quality, I just don't see it lasting 10 years haha :)
