Idea ko din yun dati nung nag aaral ako mag culinary plano ko ilagay sa restau ko dati yun. Dried sinigang. Sigang na pork then half cook tapos iihawin tapos yung broth gagamitin pang saing para pag na serve na Wala ka idea na sinigang kakainin mo kasi Parang inihaw na liempo lang na may kanin. Salamat ninong pinatunayan mong hindi ako weirdo! Kala ko nabubuang lang ako ng naisip ko dati yun! More collab with erwan ninong! Ganda chemistry nyo para kayong magkapatid. Isang mahiyain isang makulit pero parehas malupit mag luto

Nagdedrain kami ng papaya ilalagay sa katsa tapos idryer. Naggagawa kami nyan pang samen lang marami tapos mamimigay si lola hahaah. Syempre pag nag dryer marami yung para mas mabilis namin mapatuyo

Ang galing ng costing sheet na nilagay mo dito Ninong Ry! Idol ka talaga sa pagluto.. idol din sa negosyo. Tanong lng ninong, paano alagaan ang wok? Gusto ko kasi bumili kaso baka magkamali ako sa paghugas or yun sinasabi nila na i-season pa ang wok. Baka masayang lang sya.
