That final one was superb. Love the tray/rails for the generator! Zero lifting and shifting and secure. Bravo Zulu! 💪🇬🇧

I work at a food manufacturing company that makes churro mix. They fry them and fill them with different flavors. Can make large batch quantities also.

Frank you have helped me through my whole build. Thank you soo much! I do have a question. I installed two plugs off of my breaker panel. One dedicated for my A/C unit due to the amperage being drawn.(I’m in Florida!) I can run them independently. I just hooked up my Predator 9000 generator and powered my appliances just fine with the 30amp plug. When I went to use one of the 20 amp outlets for my A/C it tripped the GFCI. I’m curious to know why this happened as I’m only drawing 14 amps from my 30amp outlet and 14 from my 20amp outlet. The breakers in the trailer for the A/C weren’t on either. Sorry for the long winded comment. Thanks again Frank!!

Great videos, in Texas, they want you to be associated with a commissary for certified food preparation, any ideas if I work out of my home ?

Yes it's the same here for us. Unless your kitchen is commercial standards and has been approved by the health department you can use it if not find a local restaurant to partner with.

Frank, thanks for sharing your knowledge brother, I really appreciate it! I have one question right now. Why aren't any of the generators I see not grounded? I have a Predator 9500 and in the manual it says to ground it. Is that only under certain conditions? I am starting a food trailer business.

I’m looking into building one for BBQ to run for my retirement (if you could call that retired). So, how about building a BBQ trailer with a porch are for the smoker and wood? Please. And thanks. Learning a bunch from you. Again, thanks.

Those are interesting build definitely, way more work than I like. I wouldn't even know where to start on those with the porch. Welcome to retirement, having a food truck will definitely keep you busy 😉

Hi Frank, thank you for made this video that clears some of the questions I have about the generator I have to buy for my food truck! I have a question. Do you know some one could help me with my food truck because I think the air extractor I have to instal in my food truck project is a little heavy for the techo of the truck, and I think it needs to reinforce the ceiling before! thank you very much in advance for your help!!!

For private events, do you charge a fee? Or do you just attend the event and sell? I don't know how catering/private events works with food trailers/trucks. BTW, thank you for this channel!

I don't, I just ask for a guarantee of amount to serve. I have a minimum of 100 Breakfast Burritos now. My first year however I took anything which is good and bad. Some days we didn't make much but people saw the trailer going down the street and that led to big catering jobs
