It doesn't matter cause she lost some weight, don't ya know? Chantal is the expert when it comes to her body and she's not counting calories or restricting herself cause the main focus is to keep her from binging and the only way to achieve this is to focus on eating high volume meals multiple times a day. Fugg diabetes, her enlarged heart and fatty liver, all that is secondary to binge eating and her comfort. As long as her meals contain every food group and she only eats the bad stuff in moderation, she's perfectly fine, and her weight loss can attest to that. Cause who are we to tell Chantal what works for her body? Her blood sugar readings ate down to pre-diabetic levels, and she's lost so much weight already. The meds are doing their job, so why complain?

And It's normal to fluctuate weight by 10-15 pounds. It's called water weight. Especially at her weight. She hadn't lost anything. She just peed a lot last night. She will do one muckbang and go back up again. She is doing what Chantal dose best and that is lie and minipulate.

She really doesn't get that she's a diabetic and that a lot of foods are bad for her, even in moderation. Tuna may bs a good option for a normal person with a couple of pounds to lose but not for a diabetic with an enlarged heart and fatty liver. Tuna contains so much sodium, and the bell peppers cause a lot of inflammation, and they're heavy on the stomach. She has to have bread, cheese, and some other starch with every meal, and she needs to lay off the bread and cheese. Cheese is ok in moderation for a normal person, but her moderation window has closed. Same with snacks like cookies, chicken strips, fries, and especially her beloved pickled stuff. No more sodium saturated pickled anything, fresh veggies instead, and even with veggies, she has to be careful. She put a whole can of Tuna on her sandwich 🤯😱😳😤 It was thick as hell, and it would make me sick tbh. I put a very thin layer of Tuna anything on my sandwich. She eats those high volume meals multiple times a day, and she doesn't restrict herself to avoid a binge, but all she does is eat more of all the things that are bad for her tbh. She needs to learn how to make diabetic friendly meals, and she'll be uncomfortable here and there, but it has to happen. Comfort or death those are her options, and every time she chooses comfort, she ends up using death period. She drives me crazy with her convoluted way of thinking in regards to food. The alcoholic comparison is a good one. They'll do and say anything just to get their next drink. They even lie to themselves and don't even realize it. She can't be left in charge of her meals as a food addicted cause the addict ends up winning every time, and that's why she needs treatment in order to succeed. Even physical activity won't justify her food intake.

Let's start with the fact she keeps cookies, treats, and candies at her home. Even if they are for "Salah"...If he really loves her, he won't put her in a situation where she knows she can find these temptations at home, and they are available to her. He either doesn't buy them or keeps a safe or a locked cupboard in a high place she cannot reach. Also- everyone who has struggled with weight issues for most of their lives already knows the basics which are: 1. There isn't moderation when it comes to triggering foods- especially sweets like cookies, cakes, chocolate, etc...Because it starts from something small and escalates into huge amounts (it really does creep up on you). 2. In 2024 we already have much more nutrition knowledge. We know the '80s food Pyramid was a huge scam that exacerbated the obesity epidemic. 3. You absolutely know that losing weight is a lifestyle and not a journey. You need patience and you need to put a lot of effort, into getting out of your safe zone. Push, have a little pain sometimes. 4. The absolute worst thing you can do is think about it 24/7...You learn to live your life and enjoy all of the experiences around you, build relationships, pick up hobbies, learn new things, visit places, etc... Chantal will fail, not only because she cannot follow the basics, even after trying and failing for probably close to 30 years...She will fail because of her stubbornness to "show everyone they are wrong", instead of thinking of her well-being and progress, her narcissism- by losing some water weight, she is already a weight loss expert who knows better than everyone else (Amberlynn Reid character), by not being able to have impulse-control, delaying gratification, will power or any of the qualities that require being a responsible adult who is aware of the consequences of his/hers actions. She will fail and she will rage. And it will happen within 1-2 weeks from now.

Never see her feet or standing on scale.
@Limejello713
4 ай бұрын
Scales can be less accurate for people who weigh more than 300 pounds due to several reasons: Weight Capacity Limit: Many household scales have weight capacity limits, typically around 300 pounds or less. When individuals exceed this weight limit, the scales may not be able to provide accurate readings because they are designed to measure within a certain range. Mechanical Limitations: Mechanical scales, which use springs or levers to measure weight, can become less accurate at higher weights. Over time, the springs may weaken, affecting the scale's precision. Additionally, the mechanical components may not be designed to handle very high loads, leading to inaccuracies. Digital Scales: Digital scales are often more accurate than mechanical ones, but they also have weight limits. While some digital scales can handle weights beyond 300 pounds, those with lower weight limits may display an error message or provide less reliable readings when used by individuals who exceed the scale's capacity. Weight Distribution: A person's weight distribution can also impact the accuracy of a scale. If a person's weight is not evenly distributed on the scale's surface, it can affect the measurement. Calibration: Scales require regular calibration to maintain accuracy. If a scale is not calibrated correctly or if it's not designed to accommodate higher weights, it may provide inaccurate readings. For individuals who weigh more than 300 pounds and need accurate weight measurements, it's advisable to invest in a scale specifically designed for heavier individuals. These scales typically have higher weight capacity limits and are engineered to provide more accurate readings for users with larger body sizes. Medical facilities, gyms, or specialty stores may carry scales with higher weight limits that can accommodate a wider range of body sizes.

A person who has diabetes should not eat fruit, as it has fructose in it. Also an extremely morbidly obese person like Chantal who has a huge food addiction should absolutely avoid cheese, and sweet things as they absolutely trigger b1nging and mess with your satiaty signals. I agree with you she should not eat carbs. As to fats I agree to a point- you should opt for healthy animal based, saturated fats, and absolutely avoid trans-fat, veggie oils etc. Also- fat is bad if you eat it in addition to carbs and sugar (randle cycle). And as for what Chantal said at the beginning, before biting into this raw nightshade, anti-nutrient, pesticide filled piece of garbage (green pepprs are also the worst choice out of yellow, orange and red): "eat your vegetables"...There is definitely a debate about the real health benefits of veggies (espeically in their raw form) on human digestion and health.
