So essentially, as you see here, there is no real answer that's clinically supported, or they'd all have the same exact answer. Just live your life.

I drink lactaid milk and my skin really loves that im finally getting some healthy fats in me. If you have bad skin because of malnutrition, the answer isn't to cut more things out. Your body needs fats, proteins, and carbonydrates to function. Don't cut them out just because of your skin.

Just drink water and eat raw veggies ...youll look about 20 but die of boredom.
