Foods that help:
Living foods
Fruits and veggies
Mangoes
Juices
Living foods (uncooked) allow the body to process emotional and physical things. The body spends a lot of energy digesting food and therefore not have the energy to heal emotionally and physically.
Foods that don’t help:
Garlic (google garlic and yogis)
Sugar, especially processed
Processed foods
Fast foods
Overcooked foods
Chew your drink and drink your food.
Whatever you choose to eat, eat slowly, chew thoroughly, and practice mindful eating. Less talking, less stress, and less liquid (drinks) while eating.
