Hi sir, i have a question. Which muscle you used for shooting and which muscle used to pulling fast ? My table are pretty heavy (Fireball old model) so if i only use my wrist to do pulling, the speed seem very slow and not smooth at all

If it’s not smooth then your jerking the rod letting the ball get away from you causing a hole in your swing. Also with that comes to high of a backswing. Your man needs to stay with the ball and just over the top of it as low as possible. Your lateral speed will come in the form of a bent over row. Pull with your elbow. Imagine someone behind you that your trying to elbow. Your arm will go back and your front hip will come forward quick. After that just push down on the rod. It’s important to stay relaxed before the shot. A lose muscle is faster than a tense one

@@woofoosfoosball Can you please explain " Your lateral speed will come in the form of a bent over row" a bit more precisely? Sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean... Do you mean bending the rod by pressing down? Many thanks! 😎👍

@@EvilSam75 He was asking what muscle group is used to execute the lateral speed. A bent over row was the best example I could think of. Your elbow should stay on the same plan as your hip. Imagine someone standing behind you that you’re trying to elbow while you’re sitting down. Your elbow will go back and you hip will come forward slightly. That’s what my pullshot feels like.
