I think the best way is to do a workout with fundamental exercises for the sport itself, such as compound exercises, and finally include isolated accessories to work the muscle. Yeah If you accompany this with plyos sessions, sprints and soccer itself, there should be no problem.

You don’t need good looking arm to perform well on the pitch. Instead focus on training explosiveness and movement at the gym, it will still grow certain amount of muscles for you tho, just not as much as bodybuilding

Bro actually if you haven't joined the gym , you don't necessarily have to..... you've seen players like di Maria, dembele, yamal , fede , Muller , havertz , Neymar they all are not jacked but perform terribly on the pitch

Again everything is very specific. If you’re a footballer that lacks bicep strength then this isn’t a bad thing if your goal is to increase muscle mass within that area. Explosive bicep training and some time under tension work can help

Biceps training should always be a byproduct of more functional exercises unless you're a bodybuilder! It literally adds nothing to your strength since it's one of the most useless muscles in the body! Thanks to the shit fitness industry making people believe that big biceps automatically equals strong people.

Biceps training should always be a byproduct of more functional exercises unless you're a bodybuilder! It literally adds nothing to your strength since it's one of the most useless muscles in the body! Thanks to the shit fitness industry making people believe that big biceps automatically equals strong people. If you wanna become stronger do dynamic compound exercises with lots of plyo and core workouts!
