That double step makes perfect sense. Just a transfer of energy. The power is awesome and SO MUCH more stable in my fist and wrist when I use that diagonal punch.

Can't believe your video doesn't have more views...It just what I was looking for. I was wondering...Is standing on the ball of your back right foot with the stomp step, similar to standing on the balls of your feet when your doing a slide step

Yes they are very similar.

Mr dale where should you focus your eyes on your opponent while fighting? I hear everything from his feet to his eyes .

If you're sparring or sport fighting, look at his solar plexus. If you're in a streetfight, look to where you want to hit your opponent, remember it's only 8-10 seconds of offensive fighting.

Daniel- what about driving by initiating with your rear foot? I assumed that was sequence. Then the drop step happens in reverse, correct? Plus, im guessing you can still drive, drop step and pivot, no? Thx!

Yes you can do it that way. I'll be doing a video of the rear foot drive soon. The drop step can happen as you drive with the rear foot.
