Depiction of rain is not very common in paint. It may be cause it's not easy to render rain, itself, for it's more common to see urban pictures of people walking or running under their umbrellas. In a search for this video, I found just one Van Gogh and a famous japanese printing that illustrate more directly rain falling. But there are, also, some very beautiful landscapes of after rain and other effects of water to admire.
