This is how we've excused parasites in Nigeria. He did a terrible job. He's a journalist,he should know better. I learnt nothing from the report and my 14 year old son knows the difference between an alligator and a monitor lizard.. People like you are the types when your senator spends 1million Naira on borehole and pockets 500million,you will still say "he's doing a good job". Very good to protect the life's of Animals because animals has feelings very good tribes. Animals do help us to enriched and vitalise the orth which keeps trees grows. In 60s many houses do have animals in the house. Continue the good habit and transfer it to other area.

It's prey include buffalos and deers which it kills with the deadly bacteria filled bite. It is found only in Indonesia. It is not in Delta or anywhere in Africa. Categories of Lizards are, Komodo, Monitor, Prentis, Iguana and Agama. What you see in this video is Monitor lizard, not Komodo.

That is not an alligator but a monitor lizard. There are no tigers in Nigeria even though the guy says they forbid eating it. He must mean leopards or lions. Well, in a nutshell, the practices of picking different animals community by community is the oldest form of conservation. Even though people come to the continent and purports to teach Africans the art of conservation. The only reason they see animals left to conserve is because we already have conserved them. Animals only started missing by the millions when they arrived with new sensibilities.

Every community has an animal or another thing which they revere and all in that community should do the same. In many parts of the globe where dogs or cats are pets animals, no one can ever thing of harming talk less of killing or eating them. That is nature's way of preserving those animals in those communities.

Lik me personally, I can't eat a snake, no matter wot, but I definitely will kill any snake dat crossez my part. Som individuals in my community don't kill or eat dolphin 🐬 or shark 🦈 bcos according 2dem, diz fishes help saved dem, father, grandfather or forefather wen a boat mishap occurred in d high seas 🌊 .... But generally, as a ppl, as a community, as a clan/kingdom, ethnic group, we kill evrytin.

This reporter is a complete fool. He really ought to have done some background research before presenting his report. That's not an alligator for God's sake. It's not an Iguana! It's a monitor lizard!! There are no tigers in Africa........ In southern Nigeria the only big cats were leopards! I really am shocked at the abject ignorance of the modern Nigerian concerning wildlife. You don't see this anywhere else in Africa. The urban African is totally disconnected from his natural environment and in doing so is disconnected from his past.
