80 g butter (soft) 1/3 cup
100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
1 egg
200 g flour (1 2/5 cups)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Baking pan: 24 cm (9.5 inches)

180 °C (356 °F) top and bottom heat for 15 minutes (1st baking phase)
The rice can of course be used again (even cooked)

Pour into the boiling vanilla milk.
Let it cook gently until it thickens.
Stir 200 g crème fraîche (alternative: cream cheese) into the hot vanilla pudding. (4/5 cup)
Pour the pudding onto the cake while it is still hot.
Press the strawberries slightly into the cream.
Chill for 30 minutes

Mix 1 package of cake glaze (12 g) in 250 ml of cold water.
30 g sugar (2 heaped tablespoons)
Let it simmer gently for one minute.
Then let it cool for 5 minutes.
Spread the hot glaze over the cool strawberries.
Chill the strawberry cake for 3 - 4 hours (the cake tastes best the next day 😋

Bake the cake at 180 °C (356 °F) top and bottom heat for 12 - 15 minutes.
Strawberry jam
11:00 Cream:
6 sheets of gelatine (10 g)
500 ml milk (2 cups)
50 g corn starch (2/5 cup)
4 tablespoons sugar
Squeeze the gelatine well and add it to the still hot pudding.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 g strawberries (about 1 1/2 cups)

Pour into the pudding
350 g crème fraîche (or cream cheese) 1 2/5 cups

Chill for 1 hour.
14:05 Ganache:
100 ml cream (2/5 cup)
200 g white chocolate
Kokosette (coconut flakes)
Chill again for 2 hours.
