And the VB being the active player decides which player is first to draw, right?

Yup! That could actually be an interesting decision in the event that there's 1 card left in the deck. Do you want the last card in the deck or are you going to chance it on a card that's in the discard about to be reshuffled?

So if an opponent is in a clearing with the ferry, can I use False Orders, force them to move with the ferry to a clearing where I have pieces, then use the Ferry myself? No, right? Because the Ferry can only be used once per turn.

That's correct. The ferry is once per turn. Not once per faction per turn. If you force an opponent to move using the ferry, that's the only use of it for your turn so I hope it was a good one.

Why in the situation that vagabond moving with ally in to a sympathy clearing don’t need to pay the cost of the outrage too? But in this case, vagabond can draw a card instead of just only ally can draw?
@nitrorev

Because moving with ally has changed the wording as of the Marauder expansion. Now moving with ally uses the "Force" terminology so it's the ally that's doing the moving and must pay outrage. Obviously it's the Vagabond that's causing the movement but as far as the sympathy token is concerned, it's the warriors that caused the outrage.

When the vagabond is allyed with any faction, is he mandatory to move along with the allys like in the steam game? Or he can choose? (carry them or not) I had never understood that, thx. (Sorry for my english)

It's not mandatory to move your allied warriors. It's not mandatory ingue steam game either, you jus click the slip arrow if you you don't want to move them. Unrelated, but you can also choose to skip slip by pressing the skip button. Slip is not mandatory either but a lot of people assume they have to because of how the game prompts you.
