You are doing a really nice job restoring that old Ford 3000 Diesel getting original Ford parts to fix it up. Really awesome job and a great running tractor.

I could hear the frogs signing in the background. If you guys aren't on the land I bet it won't be long. The 3000 sounds solid. KIT d

Dang old Wang Ho sure likes the dang china metric bolts! Ha Ha Ha Hey Man I sure would like to get into that Light drawing please. You just gave me a Idea. Could you try to glue the back lock nut for the grill so it will hold enough for you to tighten the nut?
@farmboysgarage7595
7 жыл бұрын
Haha, it turns out it wasn't metric, just coated with paint. I chased the threads and the bolts fit ok. I'd be afraid of gluing the nut because what would happen when I got ready to take the grille off and the nut broke free? You're in buddy, thanks!

I could use the light cant see in dark places like I used to, I thought that air cleaner element would come out like mine that's why I said to set it on fire and burn out all the crap, tractor looking good aftermarket and all.

Thanks Joe! I thought for sure it'd come out but I couldn't see anyway of getting it out without a lot of force. It'll look a lot better when I get the hood back on it ;)

Hey man. I know I'm a little late to the party, but if you still have that original grill shell I would be interested in buying it from you. I am in Ga, in the Statesboro area. Let me know.
