We hit the streets of New Delhi to find out what foreigners think about the 2019 Indian general election. While none of them had a firm political stance, they had all heard of Narendra Modi, India's current Prime Minister. Consensus about Modi's accomplishments was nonexistent. Two of the foreigners that we interviewed believe that Modi has done very little during his time in office. On the other hand, one said that she has seen positive change in India during the years that she has been studying in India. She came to India during the beginning of PM Modi's time in office, and believes that he has impacted the country in a positive way. Only one foreigner commented on who he thinks will win the 2019 Indian general election: Modi. While he doesn't believe that the current PM has as big of an advantage over his competitors as he did in India's 2014 election, he said that he still thinks that Modi will come out on top on the 23rd of May, 2019, when the official results of the 2019 Indian general election are announced.
