Pochero here in batangas is different, it’s like caldereta and afritada. The sauce was made from tomato sauce, together with plantain, carrots, and other vegetables then topped with fried pork/beef/chicken.

Kare-kare is commonly partnered with fried shrimp paste (bagoong), the saltiness of the shrimp paste will give flavour to the kare-kare. If you don't partnered kare-kare with shrimp paste, you might find it pretty bland (because of the peanut)

Your kare-kare is unquestionably kare-kare, creamy and delicious. About the pochero, maybe its bulalo? Because pochero is a little bit different from us, should have less broth quantity and the broth is creamier because of the tomato sauce ingredient. And sometimes with the canned pork and beans added that will make the broth creamier. Without the tomato sauce component, it is just plain nilaga.
