Wow, what an amazingly overgrown channel there. I kept asking why you didn't remove the big log, then saw that it went about 2m through the dam. And then it got swept away when it collapsed! Awesome work!

The amount of water and mud you get heading down stream is becoming more impressive. You are finding bigger areas to drain. Now you need to find trappers to thin out the beavers. From the rebuild time there is a very big population of the rodents. Another job well done.

I was looking into the behaviour of Beavers and I learned that biologists are fairly certain that beavers don't reuse the sticks because the dam failed so they think they are not good for a dam. That is from the Canadian ministry of Wildlife and Forests. Since we can't ask the beavers directly that's the best answer that they are able to come to

Hey mate, I don't know if I'm the only one who feels this way, but I'd just like to say that I really love a steady picture when the dam breaks. I love seeing how the breach develops, and I don't really care about what happens down stream. I'm not trying to criticise, I'm just saying that I personally would prefer that the camera stays still after the breach, and maybe a downstream shot might be good a little later on after it's settled down.. Maybe ask people what they think on your next video? Thanks again for your fantastic videos...
@LonPeper
2 ай бұрын
I suggested on a previous video I think it might be interesting to see the surge as it flows downstream. This would require an additional person to fly the drone to get that footage, and I meant for that to be additional footage to what he is already providing.
@TheClumsyFairy
2 ай бұрын
@@LonPeper It has to be said he's doing a cracking job, and he's making things more polished as things go along.. I think he should maybe get a load of old gopros, and put a few out there setup and then edit them all together with different shots. I'm REALLY excited to see how he develops and grows.
