What helped me quit was just associating smoking with anxiety. Each time I smoked I felt a rush of energy, but an energy I knew at the core was artifically induced. Smoking not only affects the smoker and not only second hand bystanders, but the chemicals from the cigarette butts leach into our soils and water ways polluting and killing life. Keep this in mind and I am sure you will interpret this artifical head rush of energy as your body's way of coping with a poisonous and harmful substance. This should induce a negative experience and may over time lead you to quit. Good luck.

One of the reasons I like this channel is that I go into the comments and they're flooded with positivity and people helping each other or inspiring each other, professionals giving advice, beginners sharing things they've found. And on top of all that, beautiful music. This is where I go for advice, inspiration, or just a place to harbor and recharge when I'm having a bad day. Thank you all for this virtual lotus pool. Derek and Brandon just gained a loyal subscriber, and if anyone is having a bad day, I'll point them to here. Thank you all.

Music can really get the best out of people, there is not a lot of negativity here because people that like this type of music are usually relaxed, calm, open-minded, and want to share with other people. Nothing to discuss or hate down here.

Tbh, I think music can make anyone calm and serene, so long as its instrumental, much like these songs. And I wholeheartedly agree on this being something to help calm and relax. Hell, I'd even say, light some incense/scented candles, take a warm bath, read a book, or meditate to these songs. It'll make you more lax and calm.

I live in Manaus, capital os the state of Amazonas,in the very heart of the Brazilian rainforest. Since my early childhood i have the priviledge to listen to Mother's Nature fantastic symphony. whenever i am fed up with big cities' busy lifestyle, i drive my car throug BR 174, which is a federal highway that cuts through the forest. After driving for a half- hour time,i stop and keep listening to birds singing and to the trees whispering their secrets. Then i am filled with peace and i remember what my role is in the planet.

Wild woods: peaceful and calm(ing) Leafblade forest: also coming Elven woods: a bit eery but beautiful, almost as if the listener is actually listening to elves sing The forgotten forest: kinda sad, maybe the sad music in a story preceding a battle for the forest, or preparing a journey through an ancient forest to save someplace/thing/one. Forest gathering: gives me the desire to go live in the woods and create several tribes. A bit spooky at times, but overall it's just beautiful and has a very tribal vibe to it. Dryad forest: a journey to stop a deadly battle. Strong forest feel. Woodland nymph: cute, a bit sad as well. Maybe something was lost in time and this is reflecting it. It goes on and shows much more powerful emotion. At times screams freedom. I almost cry when I hear this song. Fairy forest: after a long fight, you're finally halfway, and you find a beautiful land. It's a happy song. It would make amazing end credit music for a lot of things. Things are gonna be okay. Mushroom woods: starts out like a lullaby. Later becomes stronger and more beautiful. Screams hope, lost times, and maybe a journey ahead. Or near the end of a journey/story. Woodland fairies: in a forest grove, you can see fairies just beyond some of the trees. You're on a journey. Firefly woodlands: the end to a long journey, a bit sad. Darkwood forest: tribal, fast paced, tribal strength. Definitely a forest tribe feel to it, with rocky streams too. Autumn forest: I get a very forest-y feeling with this one. Change of seasons, or just change in general are also feeling I get. Maybe a farewell, someone leaving on a journey, either one to save the kingdom/tribe or a leader moving on to the next life. Snowflake woods: an empty world following a terrible battle. A young white creature wanders, seeing the destruction for the first to third time. It's sad but finds peace and acceptance. Raindrop woods: something caused a tribe or clan to separate, now the members wander alone.its sad but beautiful. These were just my feelings

I live in Southern Louisiana, all my life I've loved and felt a special connection with forests. There is a nice spot that is quite a drive from anywhere, the trees close in over the road making a natural tunnel. I like to stop in the road and shut my car off, and just stand around for a while listening to all the birds, crickets, and other sounds of life. No cars, no people, no nothing except life as it should be for a bit. Its a needed recharge from time to time.

There’s a small patch of woods behind my house with a creek and whenever I fell the need to escape I follow the creek to a fallen telephone pole, (which I found while exploring) climb up it, (it’s slanting slightly upwards) and sit at the top. I then put on this playlist and the listen to the sounds of nature around me. It’s a wonderful ways of escape and it helps me forget the stress of the day.

Now that passed some time I can give some of the prologue, the book pass in the ages of the saloon dance(it means 1940-1930) in a steampunk world, is a romance, that pass in France, Marco is a stranger, age:22, who tried to enter in an college of arts of the city of cabrista, (a fake city for the book) but he fails on it, so in remorse of he's parents, later of finding a old friend, he funded a pretty girl going to a small dance club,(that world we don't have these old times problems with the independence of the woman, so they are free to work or whatever they wanna do){and yeah that will be explicated more completely on the book}, so on this "dance of love" he back on his own dancing time, to show her that he is something more. So there it is, I'm still writing it so it may take some time, plz enjoy

Deep , heady earthy tones. The music of the forest is enchanting, ethereal, beckoning the humans into a realm of magical and mystical creatures. With each step , the crack of branches , the softness of the earth beneath your feet . A dream within a dream, where you close your eyes and feel as though you are floating through time. The forest primeval is guarded by mystical creatures.

I love the hums of the woman's voice though she sounds very much like an elven warrior, so strong and brave :] I imagine she's watching over the forest to ensure its safety and help restore growth! this picture also reminds me so very much of woods around me, emerald and the way the trees contrast with the water is so very beautiful and the white water is the definition of purity and grace as it trickles over the rocks :] The stone bench looks like it might be a resting place for the elves after a long hunt and moss is like a soft green carpet alluding to all the wonders of the music :] Thanks so much Fietchters! I love listening to this type of music because once it starts, my imagination takes me to a forest and I’m a fairy. It also helps that I’m an earth sign and I’ve always been earthy and my imagination runs wild so it’s a nice mix

Love it! So beautiful! Also love elven woods. Sounds like elvish.....sounds like beginning of LOTR when Galadriel speaks of the world and the ring. Some sound a bit erie but I like it!

Mushroom woods at 35:58 is my favorite. It reminds me of Hans Zimmer's Kung Fu Panda soundtrack with a woodland twist to it. So good! I am very grateful for this and I think that you guys are naturals at composing music. Have you ever thought about composing music for short films, TV, or movies? I think that you would definitely be up for it!

If you love someone and they love you, just enjoy instead of worrying. Marry him/her. If you love someone and they don't love you back, just move on instead of worrying. It means they don't deserve your love in the first place.

What he said was reasonable and doesn't create broken hearts, the opposite does. How much unneeded pain is created because people cant let go of things. People want things they can't have and thus it creates pain. And even when people could be perfectly happy they still worry about too many things.

Alex seriously though I don't agree. Promiscuity is never going to meet your needs, and will cause destruction. You don't have a real true authentic love for one person you lust thinking it's love both get broken and so do children. You gonna tell the children that same bullshit?!!!! Oh yeah just let go it's broken homes are ok Daddy is gone but just let go. So fuck obviously you don't get it hahahaha. thanks again for your time. thanks 😂😂😂😂

The "It means they don't deserve your love in the first place" part is kinda wrong if you thing about it for more than 2 seconds... Sounds nice, but is hot garbage nontheless.

When I get high I listen to this. It's the perfect escape. Nighthawk Forest, Elven Woods, Forest Gathering, and Darkwood Forest are my favorites. I love how they make me feel like I'm in a completely different existence than my own. Nighthawk Forest sounds like a story that carries a warning; of upcoming change, of being vigilant to danger. Elven Woods paints a picture of what I can only describe as two divine beings coercing me to sing with them, though I don't know the words they speak or what spells I might be writing with my own tongue. Forest Gathering is a never-ending dance, a bunch of younger children proudly displaying their stick spears and bark spellbooks around a small bonfire, while the older warriors they revere watch on proudly from their own seats away from the fire. Darkwood Forest, while it doesn't strike me as forest-y for some reason, sucks me in nonetheless. I'm in a tavern, the waitresses are women of short stature and full figures, and they know all the eyes in the room are on them as they dance their way between tables with more ale and food than the men could ever dream of being able to eat. All the other songs in-between are adventures of their own while I travel through the tracks to my favorite stops. Play it through twice before the high wears off, one of life's simple pleasures.
