Forget about cabbage soup and borscht! The only SOUP that I can eat all spring. INCREDIBLY TASTY AND FAST! I often cook borscht with sorrel in the spring. This is a very tasty and healthy soup.
Recipe :
Beef - 1200 g (with bone)
Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
Onion - 1-2 pcs.
Carrots - 1-2 pcs.
Red bell pepper - 1 pc.
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
Khmeli-suneli - 1 tsp.
Sorrel -200 g.
Boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
Dill, parsley - 20 g.
Salt - 1 tsp. ( taste )
Seasoning for borscht - 1 tsp. ( taste)
Mix of peppers to taste
