A pleasure to meet the newest member of your crew. Shelby seems bright, pleasant, quick to learn, and down to earth. Might I suggest that when on the job, she contain her hair in some fashion? A pony tail, a bun, or some other way to avoid entangling her hair in lifting straps, chains, or machinery. Keeps her hair cleaner, too. Safety first.

Well come to the crew Shelby, it's lovely to have a woman out there. Ron, I know that Shelby has spent some time on the Tator around the shop, but her packing of the equipment was excellent. I loved the way she picked up that there was a shackle (D ring) missing in the equipment that she was stowing away. You picked up on the only mistake she made and you nicely explained it to her. The two of you made the job look easy, well done.

If Shelby sticks with it she will go fare in the industry, she is attentive, listens well, and already working out simple rigging, she doesn’t stand around waiting to be told what to do, she just gets stuck in. Very impressed. P.S Shelby, tie your hair back just to be safe. 👏🇺🇸🇬🇧

Great job Shelby. You did amazing for your first time out on a job. Very proud of you. I've been watching Ron's KZitem channel for quite a long time, as well as several others in the Wrecker/Rotator space and trust me sweetheart, you have the privilege of working with The Master. Ron was not only born in this industry, he learned from a perfectionist and a Pioneer in the industry in it's infant stages. The Rotators are such scientific and engineering marvels that it may take quite a while to get the hang of it but be a sponge, soak up and learn as much as you can and before you know it you'll be on your own on the job site barking out the orders. Always ask questions and take initiative . God is with you every step of the way. To all the Midwest crew, be safe in all you do. You are loved and greatly appreciated.

Great to finally see more female team members, something I've been waiting on for awhile. I was always a bit surprised, frankly, we haven't really seen any working with Ron yet. Shelby seems to be quite suitable; a fast learner, sharp cookie, and hard worker. Definitely not afraid to ask questions or contribute, either. Hoping to see more of her in the future, and more female members of the team in general.

BTW, did anyone else cringe a few times watching the two flatbed operators? Quite a few things there that I would have done differently back in my own trucking days. Starting with the lack of hard hat or safety boots. I'm guessing they've never seen any of those old Caterpillar safety videos. Not the worst I've seen, but also took some chances that could have just as easily been avoided. Be careful, folks. It only takes one critical failure to change your life forever, or take it away completely. Mulligans are one thing, "shaking hands with danger" is quite another. And there's no guitar riff to warn you in real life.

Glad to see your new hire. As a retired " non tradition female worker, its always nice to see women in male dominated fields. I spent 27 years working with only male co workers. Some accepted me, some never did. Tell her to keep strong, ignore the dumb comments, and don't take offence quickly. I've watched your videos for a long time and often thought if I was 40 years younger, I'd come down and apply. (Although It wouldn't be much of a weather improvement over Wisconsin) You're a good and patient boss, always ready to teach and explain, you watch out for your people, which is great. Please tell, Shelby good luck, and to tie that hair up. You never know when it could get caught in something, I spent 20 + years with a ponytail or a braid.

I watch a channel out of New York and they are dairy farmers and Andy shows the fixing part of their business on working on all their equipment. So him and his son took their semi and boom forklift to a factory that had a Clarke forklift that he bought. They picked up the forklift with the boom forklift from the ROPS and sat it up on their trailer, looked to be a little sketchy and from my experience wouldn't have done it that way. I would have picked it up from the bottom, which I have done before. Good job as always Ron!

Welcome in Shelby. The Rotator, it doesn't turn or stop. It orbits and slows. That's a tight spot to unload a dead forklift into, at least you can lift it out. Ah, the slings got knotted in the shackle. Happens when you put one of the strap in on the wrong side of the bundle. I've had it happen to me a few times in the workshop, lifting far smaller stuff. Ron, you have so much stuff in that truck, you need a service tender for it. 😂
