Over the last few weeks our WorldFlight team (Team JeeHell A320) has been flying positioning flights to bring our Airbus A320 from Germany to Sydney for the start of WorldFlight 2023. This was our last leg, from Brisbane (YBBN) to Sydney (YSSY), so we decided to try our luck at some formation flying.
Captain Mike Delta was flying the official JHL44 flight. Check out his videos at / @captainmikedelta
Christoph flies as Käpt´n Romeo's first officer. You will find their videos at / @kaeptnromeo
WorldFlight is an annual virtual flight around the world raising money for charity. Teams from various countries join this event using their full-size cockpit simulators. Virtual Air Traffic Control (ATC) is provided for the flights by VATSIM members around the world. The flights will take seven days to complete and are operated in real time as a regular airline would. During the seven days the flights will visit close to 50 airports and cover some 40,000 nm.
This flight was primarily for fun, so don't judge JeeHell SOP based on this video!
