Sangwan ji, In your above video you have covered where builder is showing a futuristic dream of assured pre lease of virtual office space for selling his product. But you have not covered two types of commercial spaces till now in any of your three video on commercial properties: 1. Where good big corporate companies are already operating like Google Samsung L&T ICICI etc. and over there we are getting a virtual space with ROI varied from 5 to 7% p.a. + plus rent appreciation of 15% every three years and property appreciation. 2. Already Operating Service appartments/Hotel rooms with fixed rentals + revenue sharing model. And operators are big international hospitality players like Lemon Tree, Country Inn, Intercontinental etc. Please cover & explain about these two types too in your next video of commercial property video #4 Thank you

Commercial offices of A grade building is going to remain in the market as big companies might reduce manpower but they are going to be using the office i agree that as work from home is speeding the yield but big companies would look more comfort in the working environment so one must create the office space in a much comfort aura rather then congested one. Off course it’s for the mnc and Fortune 500 companies as tenants.

Sir I have question residency rental is around 3 % where as commercial rental are about 7%. Even if rental for commercial go down 1% to 2 % then also commercial will get u more benefit. What you think about above?
