This goes to show you no good deed goes unpunished. That defendent is a piece of work! Wow! How unappreciative she is. The plaintiff was kind enough to help the defendent, and the defendent is so ungrateful. On top of that the defendent is spreading unsubstantiated rumors about the plaintiff and her Mother. There is a lesson in this case. Don't loan anyone money unless you don't expect it back because usually you would end up being the last person they would pay if at all. Also, don't let anyone in on your personal business because they will try and hurt you by spewing your personal business whether it's the truth or not. The defendent is a nasty individual. The plaintiff was a class act! The plaintiff took the high road and didn't disparage the defendent. I hope the plaintiff gets her money back from this loser defendent!
