Why do they keep dismantling then reattaching the bend at the end when they could just remove the second last section then re connect the line !

Japan is a very big country , how they dont put the orange plastic pieces on the steel bars , this is very dangerous if the worker fall on it

하천에 레미콘이라니... 친환경하고는 거리가 있군요. 작은 물고기도 살 수 있는 환경일텐데요.. 세월이 지나 콘크리트바닥에 균열이 가서 파손되기 시작하면, 유수의 흐름에 지장을 주는 요소가 될 것일텐데.. 예산이 없는 것인지. 하천의 제방이 노후화되서 무너질 것 같으면 차라리 기초부분에 레미콘을 치던지 해서 지지력을 보강해줬으면 좋았을 것 같네요.
