In this video we run through the key points of learning Four Step for both flyer and base.
Sequence:
1. Star
2. Knee to foot
3. Back Bird
4. Star
Pre-requisites:
• Practice all in-between poses first (especially knee to foot)
Base tips:
• Keep arms above your shoulders all the time in this washing machine
• Rotate the foot with which you aim for the kneepit outwards and extend the entire leg to the back, so that your arms can stay straight
Flyer tips:
• Practice jumping onto higher platforms and rolling your hips above your hands
• Practice various leg positions while being upside down
• Keep your elbows together for more control
