I need insoles that don't flatten over time. Im 260lbs and have Pf. 15 min into my walk and I can feel the underside of the shoe which is bumpy and hurts. Bought some Etnie shoes at Ross and they wer comfortable. Insoles were about 3/16. wonder what thickness if Fp insoles I should try.

Go for super feet or power step insoles. I am 290lbs and I went from excruciating stabbing pain to being fine after standing/walking for 12 hours. Find out how you walk (supinate/pronate) and what kind of arch support you need

I bought super feet green color. You need to see how you walk/stand and buy accordlingy. I supinate, this means I roll my feet towards the outside. I also happen to have moderate neutral-high arches. I decided on the super feet greens based on what was available in store at the time. I'll probably buy a set of power step pinnacle(for supination/high arches).

@elianbarajas2869 I tried them all. I never had time to a podiatrist until this year. I can't tell how I walk. I overused my Achilles, so that's another problem. I have less significantly less pain wallkng barefoot.

Impact absorption doesn’t work when the weight of you standing on the pad has already compressed the memory foam. Now you’re left with no impact absorption at all because your feet have squished it to mold.
