Ingredients 材料:
4 eggs 鸡蛋 (size L, room temperature 室温)
60 g (1/4 cup) caster sugar 细砂糖
100 g (3/4 cup) cake flour/ low protein flour 蛋糕粉/ 低筋面粉
30 ml (2 tbsp) pandan extract 班兰浓汁
20 ml (4 tsp) thick coconut milk 浓椰浆
Bake at 150°C for 40-45 minutes
以150°C烘烤40-45分钟
Tips:
◉ 20ml thick coconut milk can be replaced with 10-15ml vegetable oil
