@@NoFate247 I run a block periodized training program over the course of a year: hypertrophy, strength, peak, test. I vary my intensity and rep ranges with the 3 lifts per day, 5 sets of each, bread and butter movements and variations of them. 3 min rest between sets.

Nice review. I do reverse hypers on my rack. A leg roller goes in a hole in the front post. A mutant metals handle goes in the middle post. And the band goes in my band peg on the athena. I add an abmat on top of the leg roller for extra comfort. It works great.

I have v1 and absolutely love it. Quality was not perfect when I received my unit and the company went above and beyond to fix the issues and even compensate me for having to buy a tool to fix it myself. Just prepaid on the leg attachment as well.

@@randybowmanone weight post on the front legs would not thread into place. They sent me another set of posts/legs - same issue. I googled and found the problem was the threaded insert was not properly installed so I bought a tool to do it myself. Freak Athlete credited me for the cost of the tool. Class act.

Just to let you know, the foot peg is NOT meant to hold weight plates. In their videos they explicitly say not to. They are redesigning it this year so as not to be loadable and to increase upright stability

@@NoFate247 Hey! Yes Jeremy is spot on. Loading weight plates on the back actually reduces stability during GHD movements since most of the force is already towards the footplate in something like a GHD Sit-Up. In the future, we are changing this bar to be a square so there is no confusion. The front loading bars are helpful for improving GHD stability.

Bro hook a pulley up to that band strap for the reverse hyper and it is awesome. I see a plate stack in the back begging to be hooked up to it. I bought a pulley and cable on Amazon for like 30 bucks.
