I am a classical pianist, but I was captivated by this performance. I have never heard the pipes played with such verve before, and so in tune. Amazing. Bravo Fred! I enjoyed the flute and the Irish pipes too, with chords!

cynic150 sadly most bagpipes people hear are poorly tuned. Always makes me feel sheepish to say I play the pipes. He’s truly a treasure for the piping community.

Fact my friend. 👍. Two friend's of mine played with O"Tooles. One drums the other pipes. We played in grade 2 together. Grade 1 is totally different. Unreal. But Morrison is a man of many talents. I'm irish (southern) but I love the Scots. Lovely people. Kinda like ourselves 🇮🇪🏴😜

I've never heard him on the whistle....Angel's lair is stunning. He was my 1st choice for wedding piper but i had to go with 2nd choice sadly who is a gold medalist too but, Fred was always my 1st choice.

But Fred agreeably has more skill as he can play multiple instruments with multiple different fingering scales/layouts (similar to how bagpipe Scale finger positions is different to a recorder finger scale, if that makes any sense 😂)

Great job on the pipes if I had 10% of his talent I would be thrilled. I'm 65 and just learning the pipes right now I have a set of small pipes and I can play them badly so far I'm hoping to work up to the great highland bagpipes

Einfach nur klasse Dein Auftritt und das Spielen Deiner Instrumente sowie auch Dein Humor.. Das so gepaart ist wunderbar und absolut sehenswert. Für mich als alter Schottlandliebhaber, auch der Dudelsackmusikund des Instruments, zudem der Flöte, hinreisßend. Werde mir das noch öfters ansehen und anhören wollen. Ich hoffe nur man wird von Dir noch mehr sehen und hören. Bitte bleib gesund und uns erhalten. Nur weiter so, immer weiter und weiter. Und noch eine Bitte, Schottland sollte wieder ein freies Land sein. England kann ja ein befreundeter Nachbar sein und bleiben. Aber sieht man sich Mal das viele Leid der Schotten unter englischer Herrschaft an, es war grausam und brutal. Ich liebe Schottland, die Landschaftund die Natur, die Menschen, die Musik und die Art und Weise des Lebens. Ein Land wie im Märchen so man es nimmt und versteht. Great stuff fast or slow it's all good. The Paul Simon south african chóir song just a poor boy homeles midnight train was a lovely suprise. The Angles lair love it love the details low flute always talks to me of the empty spaces between the mountains. U saw a Peruvian jam in the west of Ireland. Great man great music loved the stories behind every song and how it was that they came to you. By the way to the greeting thing is the same in Spain too it means crying out or shouting... they say gritar . Don't know where it started but could be ibericeltic or from Spanish armada times. The little gem for me was The quick dainty tune jou did just before the Christ mass aire ! T,was beautyfull I'm supposed to be in mourning for a beloved treasure of a brother that passed on on the good Friday . but that little tune just got me up dancing for him ! . . . Dhia dhuit Agus nár laga Dhia na lámh . Hope to see you soon
