John, get yourself a packet of fat wood from Bunnings, in the bbq section. Makes it a lot easier to light fire & looks like you didn’t use fire starters. They’re pine tree stumps cut up small so full of oil. Tracey, we leave the chains attached to the Ute when unhitching just in case we forget to chock wheels . Enjoy your vids 👍

I have often seen grey Nomads chaining pretend dogs onto their caravans while parked up. They also leave water and food dishes and a empty dog chain near caravan to give the impression of having a dog, so it acts as a deterrent to a would be thief thinking a dog inside caravan would raise the alarm of their intentions by barking. 👍 Very clever.

Well Jon would not be the first person to miss the Harlin turn-off lol, just ask me... the pub at Kilkoy has great meals. It is a very nice area around Nanango. Till next week safe travels....

That pretend dog looked like a lion lol. We are not very fit either, I prefer to walk up first then walk down to see places. But not always possible. I love toast cooked on an open fire, got a better taste than a toaster. My mum used to throw spuds straight on the coals, oh yum, black on the outside and a special taste from the inside. Can’t remember the last time we had a fire. Years and years ago.

Hahaha you have made Jons night saying that about the toast lol. Yes I love spuds on a fire, I am quite clever as I can burn them even when wrapped in two layers of foil...
