Hi guys. We live in Armidale & you never pack away your winter clothes. Also Styx River Campground is 1387m or 4557ft above sea level. No wonder you were cold. Enjoy our beautiful area !

Yep beautiful area up there, I camped at Ebro falls one night as the weather was storming even though it isn’t a dedicated camp, I wasn’t moving. Little Styx is pretty.

Loved seeing your adventures in this part of the world. Thanks! We travelled the Waterfall Way between Dorrigo and Armidale in October 2019. Some parts of the national parks were closed due to fires. Quite a few waterfalls and creeks were dry and the scrub was tinder dry. This was the start of what was to be the horror bushfire summer of 2019-20. So nice to see it green again.

Hey guys, we loved it around Armidale! Hope you went out to The Point - New England National Park - such an awesome view and some short walks. Also check Saumerez Homestead just out of Armidale. The whole house is a time capsule. So fascinating. Enjoy 😀

Another awesome episode with some fantastic camps. Hot tip for the pizza is to use semolina under your base as it has a high burn temp, hardly sticks, easier to use the paddle, gives a crispness to the base and has no flavour. Keep up the awesome work

Hi Sian, how do you manage on the road being Coeliac. My daughter was diagnosed Coeliac this year and we really struggle with eating out whilst travelling. I see that you guys eat out a lot and I wonder how you manage coping with finding gluten free places and also cross contamination in food places. We really struggle to find options on the road at roadhouses, bakeries, pubs and even fast food like KFC or maccas all have cross contamination which is dangerous for her. Whilst in Broome recently it took a lot of google searching to be able to find GF fish and chips that were cooked in a seperate fryer. Any tips??

Love the content but, while it may be open fires, lighting fires on the grass is not cool guys, carry your own pit and set an example please.
