Last Friday, when you did this lesson, was actually World Smile Day. And since we love your genuine, radiant smile, we should say, “Happy World Smile Day!” I can tell your lovely smile always comes right from the heart. Keep showing your awesomeness to the world through your warm smile. Thanks, Mr. Bob- or like Eduardo sometimes calls you - our Smiley Boy! 🥰😍

3:17 My father (as 90% of the Portuguese 🇵🇹 who came in France 🇫🇷 in the 70’s) was a mason during 30 years. 😊 And my mother (as all Portuguese women in the 70/80’s) were buildings guardians/janitors. 🤗❤️ Gardiennes d’immeuble/concierge. 😄

Great video! Thanks a lot. 😊 Concrete is good for compressive stress but easily breaks at tensile stress, steel withstands tensile stresses very well, but bends easily under compressive stress. Rebar concrete combines both advantages - it withstands reliably both tensile and compressive stresses.

Very nice video sir.We can define the truss as "a framework which is formed in the shape of triangles". We also use D.P.C. (Damp proof course) in buildings which avoids the building from humidity of foundation.

Hi Bob, thank you for this lesson, we had an home improvement work recently, and most of the building parts’ names are very useful to me. Home renovation costs have skyrocketed because of the labor shortage and the increased of the material in the Netherlands.

What if there's foundational steel bars Earth resistant to some magnitude level wherein inspite of strength can be flexible moving bit sideways when poured mechanically through tubing's with specially hydrolyzed chemical structures reactive molecularly to hydrolysis flexible when wet but earthquake shake withstandable to some extent then when temperature of heat waves made to be in those structures by tube or by wires or by special absorbing holes creates solid strength material out of that steel bars with some storage tanks of specialized chemical hydrolyzed fluids upon the feed of sensors underground by sensors wires or by frequency receptors readers.
