@@takeyourmedsplz yessir, except i fortunatly had the injurys young enough to still be athletic enough to dunk. (im like 6ft with a 6'8 wingspan and i still manage to have a 34 inch vert after those injurys making me still capable of being athletic... on a good day)

Good Mornings are a great exercise too for the lower back strength + stability. I can tell from your RDL that your lower back is strong af, can help when landing after a dunk as well to prevent wear & tear.

Yeah, well my dad and brother do anyway… mine kinda just stopped doing it years ago, no idea why. But if there is no pain it’s likely not your knees; it’s just nitrogen bubbles popping (same as the noise you get when you pull your fingers)… it’s not harmful, it’s just a quirk that some people seem to have. If it hurts… when you might have cartilage issues.

Im no expert but I think you should start very slowly to build stability in your knees before you start this workout. But ask someone with more expertise than me pls. Knees are very important
