Liv, I've been doing yoga with you almost every day for several months now so this is only an icing on the cake 💛 I'm based in Angola for a humanitarian aid mission and sometimes I feel exhausted, demotivated or simply alone. I did this yesterday but just found the description on the day 2 video. I found it because I subscribe to your channel and got the notification on my phone! I've been slacking on my exercise routine and this was perfect.... I saw the notification, thought "ten minutes? I can do ten minutes" and got up and did the class.

Wow. I seriously just felt release in my shoulder blade/thoracic area that I'm always wishing my chiropractor will find and unlock. And that was literally in the first minute, in child's pose just following your instructions dropping my head and hands and breathing.
