Been using the Freebird FlexSeries Pro for about a month and must say this is a definite keeper. As good as shave from a rotary as i ever had. I had the Manscaped Dome Shaver Pro previously and it was great till about 2 weeks when it started making loud warping noises and the magnetic blades kept getting misaligned. Had it replaced and same thing happened so they definitely dropped the ball with the design. On the other hand this Freebird has performed without flaws every single time making it my new best friend.

Great to hear your feedback. Freebird definetly got a lot right compared to the standard version. I've just ordered the Manscaped and already had my doubts, but I need to test and review it for the website and here on youtube. Thanks for sharing your experience!!!

@@shavingadvisor yes sir no problem. Maybe you’ll have better luck. I also really wanted to love the Dome shaver Pro, that thing is Premium from the second you get the box. I have and use other Manscaped products and they been top notch for me, a bit expensive but top notch. However not on this particular product, at least for me. looking forward to seeing you review it and try it out 👍🏻

@ricardomerk2 Thanks. I will use it for about a month before reviewing it. The price is way too much at the moment, but I've gotta do the right thing and give readers/viewers enough shaver review options. Glad you're getting well with the FlexSeries Pro 👍

I like this very much,I'm in need of replacing a cheaper shaver that I've had for over three years

That has lasted very well, 3 years. Yeah, the FlexSeries Pro is a very good head shaver. 👌

After using the Flexseries pro for the past month, I think it’s a significant improvement over their original model. I’ve also owned and used the Balder Pro and Pitbull Gold, and I’d say this new model is very comparable to the Pitbull Gold in performance. I'm not sure if there’s a better head shaver on the market at this price point.

Yeah. I agree. It's very close with the Pitbull Gold for me, too. A good blade system makes all the difference. Thanks for sharing with us!

Unless I'm trippin it kind of seems like I get a better shave the first time with th3 standard vs pro. As if the motor stronger on the standard🤔

Great review, thank you. When you buy a replacement blade, do they tack on an extra shipping cost each time? I live in Canada so not sure if you would know this answer.

Thank you. Sorry, I'm not sure. My guess is yes, unless you are on their subscription service. I would shoot them an email.

Just ordered one off the back of this review, it looks good. Direct from the Freebird website with shipping protection, £71.70 for the kit to the UK. Cracking review, subscribed. 👍

Do these shavers not just burn your head?

@shavingadvisor as in shaver burn? I've used some electric razors before and I find they burn my head
@shavingadvisor

@joeythegoth Okay. You mean irritation (razor burn). That depends on the person and if they have sensitive skin. When using them at first, it can be avoided by shaving wet with shaving cream on the first few shaves, then dry shave. Most people should be fine and the irritation area is usually found on the back of the neck. Using a good head shaver with decent blades helps prevent this. The Flexseries Pro and others in my best head shavers roundup video have the best blades. Hope that helps a bit!
