Hey, thanks for sharing! I'm excited to give this a try, and I have definitely got to get one of those scoops!

The machine had both a broken led screen and a nonfunctioning usb board when I received it and now I have to pay 700 dollars to ship it back just barely sneaking in before the pathetic 30-day warranty expires. How sickening that this company fails to stand behind its product. I literally spent hours dismantling the machine and talking to the tech team only to have them send me the incorrect software (which they admitted to). I am absolutely disgusted by the whole experience.

Man, that's horrible. Sorry to hear that. BTW I am in no way affiliated with Harvest Right. I'm just a customer like you. No issues with my unit thus far.

Store it in either buckets or totes to keep the mice out. Store in cooler temps. Will vary during the year but typically 60ish F.

Do kids notice the difference between fd milk vs fresh? How do you rehydrate?

No the kids don't really say much about it. Rehydrating is a personal preference from a water addition standpoint. I'll do a video on that in the future. We primarily use the milk for baking. Thanks for the question!
