1tsp Almond extract

2-6 Brewers Yeast
Chicken Spaghetti:
Noodles (Gluten Free)
2 Cans of Cream of Chicken
2 Cans of Cream of Mushroom
2 Cans of Rotel
8oz Sour Cream
Enchilada Casserole:
1 Cup Rice
1 Can of Pinto Beans
1 Can of Rotel
1 Onion
3 Tablespoons of Garlic
Shredded Cheese
Tortillas
Salsa Verde
1 Can of Enchilada Sauce
Ground Beef or Turkey
2 Cups of Frozen Corn
Poppyseed Chicken:
2lbs of Chicken
2 Cans Cream of Chicken
8oz Sour Cream
Ritz Crackers or Gluten Free Crackers (approx 1 cup)
Stick of butter
2tbsp Poppyseeds
Meatballs:
2 lbs Ground Meat
Olive Oil
4 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Onion or Green Onion
Breadcrumbs
Egg
