130' French Drain That Will Last Indefinitely - Stone is wrapped in 8oz geotextile fabric. Designed for subsurface and surface water. - Built using a pick, shovel, Honda Fourtrax 300, and Polar Dump Trailer. #5 stone moved with the help of my friend Tom and his JD tractor with bucket.
Minimum slope 1% grade or 1 inch for every 8 feet.
Order parts at your local pipe supply.
Order stone by the truckload and save costs.
Went with SDR35 pipe as it was only about $12 for a ten foot stick.
Do not wrap the pipe, wrap the stone.
Future videos will show simple shallow french drains with less depth for surface water .
