*Sugar 80g
*Salt 1g
*Honey 15g
*Vanilla Extract 3g
*Baking Powder 4g
*Almond Powder 20g
*Cake Flour 80g
*Unsalted Butter 110g
*Dark Chocolate 100g
*Lemon Peel
*Recipe for 52 pieces of mini madeleines*
Madeleine Size : 4cm*3cm

Bake at 200°C for 6 - 8 minutes

Tips:
1. Use room temperature eggs, refrigerated eggs will make the butter coagulate.
