On this episode of "Cookin' with Tee", I got one of my favorite people ever, Austin Cobb as a guest chef. You may have seen us on Ciao House season 2 together. We're getting into how to make Austins, show stopping Cocoa Orecchiette that won him title of capo for the next challenge!
Cocoa Orecchiette
1 cup semolina
4 T cocoa powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup warm water to feel
Pork Ragu
1 yellow onion
5 cloves garlic
3 spicy italian sausage
3 sweet italian sausage
1/4 cup white wine
1/3 cup dried porcinis
1 cup beef stock
4 sprigs thyme
2 bay leaf
1 parmesan rind
salt and pepper to taste
