I could tell that you really enjoyed making this one, Chef Hiro. I would love to see you work with more traditional ingredients like Oboro Kombu in the future.

My mouth is watering. I can just imagine that awesome umami flavor...both dishes are so comforting. Saikou as always....Your ichiban dash is the best! Everyone who tastes it has nothing but good vibes. Kamaboko is so good in the udon with tamago. The shiru is thew bomb Hiro.

Both the dishes look absolutely amazing. I hope that l will be able to acquire the main ingredients and try them at some point. Perhaps when l finally finish restoring my udon noodle cleaver and learn to make the noodles then this will be my special treat to celebrate.

Well done chef Hiro, as always your style of cooking looks very enticing 😍. As much we have seaweed washed up yearly i never look it up to make a dish out of it.. something to consider🤔. Thank you for sharing, greetings from Sint Maarten.

It's different from collaborations related to KZitem. To be honest when I go to eat sushi in private, I don't eat American style sushi or Maki sushi. I only eat nigiri sushi. I also pay attention to choosing a restaurant to go to eat sushi.

I had a chance to visit my auntie in Yokohama, Kanagawa for a month a few years ago. She does not know how to cook so each day she has ready meal with instructions how to prepare with daily delivery for her. I was always hungry for more so we had to go out and eat out at $1 sushi conveyor belt restaurant. That was a great deal!
