Nice. Cool technique tapping over the pickups like that. You remind me of that funky bass player that loves fretless on KZitem. I wish I could remember his name. He has dreads. That's a compliment because he's great.

Are those frets just painted on? I only ask because I'm used to seeing fretless with no indicators

These "indicators" are put in just like normal frets on a fretted neck would be so you can better see where to put your fingers but then the part that sticks out is sanded off so the fingerboard is perfectly smooth, making it easier to play the right notes for the kinds of players that like to look at the neck while playing.

As far as I know Tapewounds are wrapped with nylon whereas Flatwounds has the outer core exposed,, thanks for the comment
