Ah the Friand! This recipe reminds us of our childhood! A recipe based on a stuffing of minced meat and puff pastry. Simple but so good! You have to test to understand! Obviously the puff pastry was different at the time (here I cook it with the modernized version). The creation of the "Friand" dates back to the Middle Ages and its success has only increased! Even the writer Emile Zola did her honour: “She eats while watching the people parading in the street. After devouring her three delicacies, she orders a fourth. She hasn't gone to five yet. ” Difficult to resist the “Friand”, you will have understood it! Here is a family version, but you can also make it in individual portions. Good tasting !

2 - White wine can be replaced with cider vinegar.
