I'm so sorry sadly I wasn't free for this one last night and I think partly that was because it was really late in the uk time zone so I was really tired but watching it now at least haha - look forward to your next live and hopefully this time I'll be free to watch.

Yes! Thank you for noticing🥰, it's been hard. I'm not losing that much but every ounce helps. I think I have always seen weight loss in my face first. I have just been limiting my intake of carbs and sugar. No carbs at home and try to stick to natural sugars in fruit and honey for the most part. And I got back into doing light exercises at night and walking a mile at least every other day.

@@paperbacksandponytailsThanks for the info. Carbs and refined sugar is my weakness and I can definitely live without them. I need to exercise more. It pays to get healthy. With the help of the Lord I can do anything.

@@von20808 your welcome! And yes, with God all things are possible🥰. Bread and pasta is my weakness, so I limit that to when we eat out, but not every time we eat out.
