Chef begins by dusting his Fresh Ahi Belly in a combination of Flour, Paprika, Cayenne, and other spices. Once coated the fish is placed in a sauté pan sizzling with hot oil.
When Ahi is finished cooking, the fish is plated under a Fresh Tomato, Sesame Oil, Roasted Sesame Seed, Green Onion, Chili Pepper Flakes and Soy Sauce salsa.
