INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour 1 cup
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Mix well
Lukewarm water as needed

Oil 1 tbsp
Knead for 5 mins
Smooth dough
Rub some oil
Cover
Rest for 60-90 mins
Divide the dough
Brush some water
Sesame seeds
Roll gently
Fry until golden brown medium flame
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
