I eat them also, i just pick and rinse and chew em up chase with cold beer, You get such a good boost from them.😉

I once made dandelion wine. Was talking with the carpenter's helper on my porch. There was a bit of drama in the conversation. Drank too much wine. Dumped the rest out. It was a pretty, yellow, but it was potent!

I definitely want to do that. I guess there's like a short wine and a long wine?

@@drchip87 I don't know. The idea of dandelion wine stuck with me after reading Ray Bradbury's book , "Dandelion Wine" in the 1970s. I looked the recipe up online and used that. It got moved from Bexley to Nelsonia Place and finally consumed. It wasn't "company" wine. I do want to try the dandelion fritters or just eating them with beer. What a thought!
