Ingredients:
Flour - 250 g
Butter -100 g
Sugar - 50 g
A pinch of salt
Yolk - 1 pc.
Water - 50 ml
Knead the dough quickly, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Filling:
Butter - 20 g
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Apples - 4 pcs.
Cook apples in a pan for 15 minutes
Ricotta cheese - 200 g
Egg - 1 pc and yolk -1 pc
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes, let cool, remove from the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
